Description:
This home movie from the Frick Collection captures the Frio Canyon in Uvalde County and includes Linda, and her dog, Sikis, playing and hiking along the river. Also included is footage taken from the car of the surrounding land and the Sabinal River. The Frick Collection was donated to TAMI by John Frick and includes home movies of family Christmases, camping trips, and outings in Houston, as well as trips to local Texas events, including the Belton Parade, Howdy Roo Chili Cookoff, Mosquito Festival, Texas Renaissance Fair, Montgomery County Cookoff, Texas Girl Chili Cookoff, and Westheimer Art Festival.
