This reel contains amateur footage and two purchased reels. 1. Amateur footage;England: Harrow on the Hill train station. Street, women walk, toddler in stroller. Town views including hotel exterior. Village views, stone houses. Garden views. Gothic church ruin;Stone houses and wall, (Airedale dog). Thatched houses. Dark view of garden, brick walk, roses. Large stone church, archway with buildings (campus?). Half timbered building.;Color footage of hay rick, woman climbs up to it, many below. film has some damage.;Steep street in village by the sea, various views. Many people, possibly connected with ship voyage. Donkeys carry visitors up steep street. Sea from a field. Big Ben including closeup. Tower of London with guards. London Bridge. The Old Curiosity Shop. Church. 2. Believed to be purchased film (in color);Sign, Shakespeare’s Stratford. Intertitle: “During the Birthday Celebration Week Stratford is gaily decorated with flags... “ Views of town and street, signs, etc.;Thatched building and grounds. Harvard House sign. River with church, blowing willows. Rowing on the river. Shakespeare Memorial Theatre. Lady Macbeth statue, quick pan up, ditto Hamlet. Intertltles: The Garter Ceremony at Windsor. The route is lined with men of the Household Cavalry. More titles and Garter Ceremony views. 3. Purchased film;The Coronation of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II (June 1953)
